Cd Replication
CD replication
With real “CD replication” a “glass master” of your information is made first from your mastered original files and in turn we produce a stamper from that glass master that is later used for injection molding the information onto foil plates. The mastered information is then sealed inside the disc by layers of polycarbonate plastics. It is then lacquered, and the top of the disc is screen printed with your design.
CD Duplication
We do not offer “cd duplication” services ie “CDR burning” but many companies do and even try to sell as if it were "CD replication" but its not ! So don't be fooled. “CD duplication” is the process of burning data to pre made discs and this process does not always prove to yield the best results in playing on 100% of cd players and is more suitable for jobs requiring less then 300 copies.
