Our process on 12pt stocks is 24-48 hours to print. If you choose the free 14pt or 16pt upgrade, turnaround is 2-4days. (Optional rush available on 14pt & 16pt stock.) Free 14pt or 16pt upgrade is based on availability -- (Supplies Are Limited)
No we do not “guarantee” turnaround but you do have our promise to do everything possible to make sure your order is printed on time and within the suggested time frame.
Custom orders, 10pt stocks, magazines, presentation folders, large format posters, brochures, stickers, jobs that require bindery, folding, die cutting; and NON UV runs may take an additional 48 hours more then the standard turnaround time.
You may select from our flat rate shipping when ordering our standard 12pt stocks however when ordering 14pt or 16pt please make sure you select email an invoice as there is sometimes an additional cost for shipping the heavier 14pt & 16pt stocks
Yes, most of our full color printing does include 4/4 full color on both sides; however, with custom products like presentation folders, posters and other custom printed products this is not always the case and an additional cost might apply.
UV is free with the majority of products we sell and is in most cases automaticaly included on color sides of all printed orders; however, some custom products may not include UV and an additional cost might apply. If your placeing a custom order its important that you make sure your invoice you pay states your finish preference otherwise you will most likely recieve UV.
Yes we “guarantee” to replace any order with a major defect if we caused it. The only stipulation is there is an 1/8 inch tolerance on all cuts. Clients are exclusively responsible for proper file setup and proofing their own work. In Addition be sure and double check your invoices before payment is made as your invoice is your purchace order. We will not re-print orders that have problems caused by improper setup of files or client side error of any kind. (Please be sure to check the “file prep” page for file setup guidelines)
NO, we do not “guarantee” exact pan tone color matching on gang run orders however you can rest assured we do have incredibly accurate color reproduction. We can even supply you physical match print proof advance of print for an additional $75.00. A match print provides about 98.5% accurate representation of what your files will produce on our presses. You do not need to worry about ordering blue and getting green because if something like this were to occur and the problem is not caused by your files then we will re print the order immediately and at no cost to you.
If you want a “custom color match job” we do offer a custom service that allows you to submit your exact color codes. We can arrange a press check for you however your job will be quoted as a custom order and will not receive wholesale standard prices. Custom orders that require exact color matching are quoted as a retail service.
All orders are subject to 10 % under-run / over-run meaning that if you order 1000 pieces you should receive 900 to 1100 pieces. This occurs because on an offset full color job a press operator will need to discard some misprints and he adjusts this by printing additional pieces. For this reason the exact number of pieces can vary (exact runs are an additional 7% in cost and only available on 12pt stock).
