What are my payment options ?
You can make payment using the following methods
- Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover.
- Online E Check
- Paypal
- Money Order or Cashiers check.
- Bank or Wire transfer.
How do i make payment for an order ?
We send Paypal invoices via email and you pay the invoice online
Do i have to have a Paypal account ?
No you do not have to have a paypal account to make payment. There is an option within the paypal invoice that will allow you to go directly to making payment without logging into paypal or signing up for an account
Do i make payment before or after my files are printed ?
Because we are an online printer and we setup jobs from the moment orders are placed, all payments are made advance of going to print so make sure to make payment for your invoice as soon as your receive it. If we do not receive payment we will not print your order
Do you issue refunds ?
NO, never and all sales are final from the moment payment is made. In other words do not make payment unless you plan to place and complete the order. We will not refund any payment for any reason once payment has been made, if there is problem with your printed order and we caused it then we will re-print at no cost to you.
Problems with submitted artwork
Please note that we will not be held liable for client submitted files that result in problems with printed jobs. If we inform you of a problem with your artwork/files and you don't re-submit your corrected files within 5 business days, your original artwork will proceed to print. Any problems with the final printed job will be at the clients expense no exceptions.
Do you accept orders from outside the USA
Yes but only at our discretion, to place an order from outside of the USA we will need to verify your identity and shipping address.
What if i change my mind about placing my order?
We understand that people do change their minds however once payment has been made there are no refunds for any reason and again all sales are final from the moment you make payment no exceptions. It is 100% your responsibility to make sure you do not make a payment unless you plan to complete the order you are placing.
Are there exceptions to the no refund policy
NO Exceptions!
Unpaid Balances / Refusal To Pay.
When selecting the shipping option "Email me an Invoice" or when requesting custom specifications not available on our site You will recieve an invoice for the remaining balance via email once your job is complete. Please note you must remitt payment for your remaining balance asap so as to avoid potential delays in the shippment of your order. We will not ship a printed order untill the balance is payed in full. Orders not shipped due to non payment are considered complete and will be shipped once we have recieved payment in full.
We Reserve The Exclusive Right Too:
- 1. Refuse service to anyone at anytime and without reason of any kind
- 2. Pro-rate any printed order not payed in full advance of print.
- 3. Not ship orders when shipping has not been paid in full.
- 4. Change or Add to our policy at at any time and at our sole discretion.
