Is shipping included in the prices to print ?
You may select from our flat rate shipping options when ordering our standard turnaround time on either 12pt, 14pt and 16pt stocks. However when ordering RUSH turnaround on 14pt or 16pt stock make sure you select email an invoice as we do not use delta for shippiing our 14pt & 16pt stocks.
After my order is printed how long before you ship it out ?
It takes our shipping department between 6 to 24 hours to process your order and get it out the door after print. This also depends on the volume of orders we are processing, how quickly shipping company drivers arrive to pick up orders, and the priority status of your order.
How long does shipping take ?
All ground shipments are 1-5 business days standard. This is dependent on your location and the location of the facility your order is being printed at, we have three. As a policy it is good measure to assume 5-7 business days plus turnaround and processing so you are assured to meet your deadlines.
Why do you have three facilities ?
In each state of the art facility we focus on different tasks; for example, in our west coast facility we print 10pt, 14pt and 16pt stocks and in our east coast location we only print 12pt stocks. We than have another facility centrally located that handles only custom printed orders that require the most attention like booklets, brochures, magazines etc.
Is optional rush service & shipping available ?
Yes rush printing and shipping is available on all orders. On 12pt stocks we offer 48hr rush print “FREE” and use Delta Cargo same to next day air to ship. On 14pt and 16pt we offer 24hr rush print (Optional/ Not Free) and use UPS next day air. With all rush service there is always additional cost to ship no matter what.
Are rush turnaround times guaranteed ?
No, we do not “guarantee” turnaround but we do have an entire department dedicated specifically to rush turnaround and we give you our promise to do everything possible to rush your order out the door within the time frame suggested and get it out the door fast.
Please plan ahead !
Even though we offer a rush service that is very fast it is still never good to be in a squeeze and its always good measure to be prepared. We ask that all clients give themselves a minimum 2 -3 days extra whenever possible not to worry though because we will do everything we can to get your order to you on time but please try not to wait until the last minute :) we want you to get your order in time and for our lowest prices.
When will i receive tracking info ?
We ship orders within 24 hours from the time we finish printing them, you should receive your email with tracking info within 24hrs from the time we ship.
What shipping methods are used ?
We ship with either FedEx, UPS, or Delta Dash.
Can i choose the company my order is shipped with ?
No, we need to decide this for you because we print from three facilities in the United States. We print different stocks in different locations and we arranged shipping contracts in each state based on the shipping company, that gives our clients the lowest rates and fastest most reliable service.
Do we guarantee shipping times ?
No, Shipping company practices are out of our control and we can not be held responsible if they affect a shipment from arriving "on time". For this reason we do not "guarantee" when a package will get there, however you do have our promise to do "everything that is reasonably possible" to get your package to its final destination as soon as possible. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and if you would like your order to go to print same day your order will need to be in no later then 12:30 eastern time in the afternoon west coast. and 3 pm east.
